Pelosi Scolds Reporters, Says They Should ‘Do a Better Job Selling’ Massive Reconciliation Package

Democratic House Speaker Nancy Pelosi scolded the media Tuesday for not doing more promotional messaging for the program.

Asked whether Democrats have failed to effectively persuade the public that a massive influx of social spending is necessary, Pelosi turned the question around on the reporter.

“Well I think you all could do a better job of selling it, to be very frank with you, because every time I come here I go through the list: medical leave, climate, the issues that are in there,” Pelosi said. – Fox

She wrapped up her tongue-lashing with this flourish “whether they (Americans) know it or not, they overwhelmingly support it.” By all reports the Build Back Better  *spit*  plan currently consists of 2700 pages, few of which, if any, have been read by any of our Congressional representatives. And I guarantee you that Head Honcho Pelosi has read exactly zero. Because remember: they have to pass the bill in order to find out what’s in it.

Now I haven’t read it either but I understand that there is $3 billion for “tree equity” and that’s good enough for me.

Plus I can assure you that of the $6 Trillion in additional spending, 5-10% will go for actual infrastructure and 90-95% for pork, pork and more pork. But the best part: IT COSTS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!
