Joey has been around long enough to tell the difference between an amateur take down attempt that can be dealt with by mumbling mealy-mouthed mea culpas and an all-out weapons grade attack. And a live shot across the bow is definitely the later.
Anyone care to start an over/under on when Joe announces he’s discussed a presidential run this with his family and decided that this is not the right time?
