There is much tsk tsking among the comments about the Nuremberg code only referring to medical experiments – of which most of the respondents assume the vaxxes are not. That’s technically incorrect as EUA (emergency use authorization) by definition makes them experimental. Trials are not complete.

This is one of the more lucid examples of such criticism:

They are invoking the slippery slope fallacy argument, advising Dr. Peterson, and us, that there’s nothing to see here so just comply and move along – for the common good. The general sentiment coming from the progressives seems to be, “it’s no big deal, you Luddites; it’s just about public health, nothing more, nothing less.” So get out of the way and let history proceed to repeat itself…again.

At this point it seems important to inject, for the hundredth time or so, that this is not about mRNA vaccines. I realize this is an unpopular opinion around here but I personally believe that mRNA delivery systems will be proved to be mostly safe and hugely beneficial in fighting viruses and many other areas of medical advancement in the long run, but you shouldn’t have to believe that. Worse, you shouldn’t be forced to receive one if you object. Which is why I will defend to my death your right to refuse to comply.

So to that special grade of morons who think freedom of choice is no big deal when it’s the issue of “the greater good” at stake I give you Mark Nolan’s assessment of the issue to date:

It's only a Zoom meeting, rather than face-to-face, it's only a zoom lesson, rather than being in the classroom.

And remember:  It’s Only The Nuremberg Code. It was written by a bunch of old white men. Just like our Constitution. Therefore it must be cancelled. For the greater good.

We’ve now decided to (finally) move on to more sophisticated defenses for our inherent inadequacies. The new excuse alibi immunity is provided by defenses variously known as “the Sgt. Schultz,” “the Nuremberg” or the “Three Wise Monkeys” (I think we can reject that last one out of hand; not because it’s a dog whistle, butt because of the “wise” part.).

Of course, we will continue to use the ever popular “Blame it on the R-words” excuse, as it can be generically applied to anything and everything.

Now, before you get out there and fire up the charcoal grill, or campfire if you’re in one of the Global Warming zones, here’s something else that isn’t the Wons’ fault: the masculinization of women.

That’s right, it’s not Lady M’s and Val Jar’s fault that they sometimes, shall we say, fall short of the feminine ideal:

That’s the fault of “birth control pills.” Don’t take my word for it; this is coming straight (heh) from the Cannes Film Festival. From no lesser luminary than the darling of the glitterati set, ex-Hollywood director and child sexual predator Roman Polanski:

And who would know better about masculinized women than the man convicted of giving a 13 year old girl drugs and booze before practicing safe statutory rape?

Sorry to leave you with such a conundrum on your holiday weekend: butt what are we to do?  Keep fighting the Republicans’ War on Women by continuing to hand out free birth control pills and risk shemale-ing the entire female population of America? That would eliminate the Democratic advantage:

I say let’s just focus on our shovel ready projects instead, and fix the infrastructure that the R-words broke:

StOnewall Day 7 in the O-Bunker: We still know nuthin’

So Big Guy “fired” (oops! we don’t use that term around here any more) acting IRS Director Stephen Miller. Technically Jack Lew was the poodle handling the termination, as Big Guy never gets involved in the minutia of governing.

Unfortunately, we might only get partial credit for this “decisive action” with respect to Big Guy’s handling of Intim-O-Gate (h/t Glenn Beck) since Mr. Miller was planning to leave in June when his temporary assignment expired anyway.

If a dead tree falls in the forest…

And if “firing” the acting IRS director – who wasn’t even the Director at the time the IRS “rogue” employees went native on their own – isn’t enough to satisfy you people, then there’s always this time honored defense: it was Bush’s fault:

Oh, and by the way, it doesn’t look like those two four “rogue” employees responsible for initiating the illegal scrutiny of 31 75 300 500 conservative groups are willing to fall on the sword in the forest. From what I hear, they’re taking the Nuremberg defense; and they don’t intend to do it quietly.

And Benghazi? Not BO’s doing. Well, that would be Romney’s fault:

I’m thinking maybe what we need is a new media relations team. Because if Big Guy could just get out in front of these stories I’m sure his expert crisis management skills that he developed as a community organizer would be very helpful. At least we wouldn’t always be a day late and a few trillion dollars short:

I think we need more than a new media team: a full flak jacket would be ideal, butt minimally a new brain bucket. To ward off any additional incoming fire. And I just sense there will be more.

Never underestimate the value of a good Luftwaffe pith helmet to deflect incoming facts; shown here worn jaunty homie style (is that racist?).
